We offer packages to match different needs, every one includes free use of high-powered vacuum stations. Each higher tier adds more protection, shine, and premium features.
What are the package upgrades or add-ons?
At the entrance you can add extras (light upgrades, ceramic/shield treatments, tire gloss, rain repellent, etc.) to enhance your wash package.
How do I get in faster at the membership entrance?
With RFID tags and License Plate Recognition, the gate opens automatically when you drive up—no need to swipe or stop.
Is your wash system safe for my car’s finish?
Yes. We use advanced cleaning materials + soft touch detergents that protect your paint, trim, and glass.
What size vehicles can you handle?
We can wash most cars, trucks, and SUVs. Our wash tunnels have height clearance up to 7’2″. For very tall or oddly shaped vehicles (like ones with ladder racks), please check with your local location first.
Do you charge extra for larger vehicles?
No. Larger standard‐size vehicles are charged the same rate—no extra just for size (unless it’s outside safe specs).
Is there reusable / eco-friendly water use?
We use water recycling or reclamation systems where possible, conserving fresh water and reducing runoff.
Do your washes help preserve car value?
Yes. Regular washes remove dirt, contaminants, and environmental residues that degrade finish and lead to rust. Keeping your car clean helps maintain its look and resale value.
What if it rains after I wash my car?
Our waxes, sealants, or ceramic protection treatments are designed to repel water, rain, and road grime, helping your wash last longer.
How do I update my car or license plate info after I sign up?
You can update your vehicle or license plate information anytime in your online account or by speaking with our team at any Wash Associates location.
What are the cancellation terms?
Memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel through your online account. No long term contracts.
